I was working on an estate piece of property, for friends who live out of town and I was referred to Zak by my business partner.  We try and use businesses that we insure in our agency. He responded instantly and we set up a meeting. He gave me an estimate the same day to clean the roofs and gutters. I hired him and he plus his crew did an amazing job. I then read the side of his truck and he did Windows!  YAY! I hired him to do the windows in my own home and the estate home. I don't think my windows have been that clean. The crew was very pleasant, polite and considerate.  Then I also found out his wife Tracie cleaned homes, what a blessing! I was able to hire her to clean the estate home. I saw how hard and meticulous they were with every aspect of the home.  I really can't recommend them enough. I am now on a maintenance schedule for my windows.
